Booking is simple — just click the "Book now" button on any vehicle card and you will be connected directly to our team via WhatsApp. We will confirm your booking, dates and pickup location within minutes.
You will need a valid passport or national ID, a driving license held for at least 12 months, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.
Yes! We offer free delivery and pickup at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) and most hotels and riads in Marrakech. Just let us know your location when booking.
The minimum age to rent is 21 years old. A young renter fee of 200 MAD/day may apply for drivers aged between 21 and 23 depending on the vehicle category.
We accept cash (MAD and EUR) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Please note that debit cards, Diners Club and American Express are not accepted for the security deposit.
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with a full tank. Any missing fuel will be charged at 10 MAD/litre plus a 200 MAD refuelling service charge.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of 800 MAD. No-shows or cancellations after the pickup time are non-refundable.
No. Our vehicles are not permitted to leave Morocco without prior written authorisation from YouLuxCars. Unauthorized travel outside Morocco will result in a penalty of 30,000 MAD.
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +212 660-121135, file a police report, and complete the accident report form. A flat fee of 500 MAD applies to cover towing and replacement vehicle costs.
We are available 7 days a week from 08:00 to 21:00. Out-of-hours pickup is available on request via WhatsApp.
