Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Eligibility

• Valid passport or national ID required
• Valid driving license held for at least 12 months
• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Young renter fee: 200 MAD/day for drivers aged 21–23
• Credit card in the main driver's name required for deposit

Article 2 — Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must not leave Morocco without prior written authorisation
• No driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
• No use for hire, reward or racing purposes
• No off-road driving
• Renter is responsible for all traffic offences during the rental period
• Pets allowed — cleaning fees may apply

Article 3 — Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank. The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank. Missing fuel is charged at 10 MAD/litre + 200 MAD service charge. Wrong fuel type: minimum 2,500 MAD charge.

Article 4 — Security Deposit

A deposit is pre-authorised on the renter's credit card at pickup and fully refunded within 14 days after return, provided no charges arise.

Debit cards, Diners Club and American Express not accepted for deposit.

Article 5 — Additional Charges

• Extremely dirty vehicle: 600 MAD
• Lost key or documents: 1,500 MAD/piece
• Lost registration plate: 250 MAD
• Damaged tyre: 2,500 MAD/piece
• Child seat (on request): 500 MAD
• GPS (on request): 500 MAD
• Unauthorized travel outside Morocco: 30,000 MAD

Article 6 — Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before pickup: free cancellation
• Less than 48 hours before pickup: 800 MAD fee
• No-show or cancellation after pickup time: no refund
• No refund for early returns or unused rental days

Article 7 — Insurance

All vehicles are covered by Third Party Legal Responsibility insurance under Moroccan law. The renter is fully responsible for damages not covered by insurance: wheels, rims, undercarriage, interior and screens.

Article 8 — Opening Hours

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 21:00
Out-of-hours pickup available on request. Additional fees may apply.

Article 9 — Accident Procedure

• Contact YouLuxCars immediately via WhatsApp
• File a police report
• Complete the accident report form
• 500 MAD flat fee for towing and vehicle replacement
